Installation Notes
This spoiler is designed as a tape-on exterior part. Correct preparation and positioning are important because the long, curved mounting surface must sit evenly across the trunk lid.
- Place the spoiler on the closed trunk lid without removing the adhesive backing.
- Check the left and right spacing, center position and contact along the full mounting surface.
- Remove wax, ceramic coating residue, polish, dust and grease from the installation area.
- Allow the trunk surface to dry completely before applying the tape.
- Mark the final position with removable masking tape before installation.
- Apply pressure gradually from the center toward both ends instead of pressing one side into place first.
- Keep the vehicle dry and avoid high-speed driving or automatic car washes while the adhesive develops its bond.
