Lux Carbon operates as an online marketplace connecting buyers with independent third-party sellers of automotive carbon fiber parts, body components, accessories and related products.

Unless expressly stated otherwise on a specific product listing, Lux Carbon is not the seller, manufacturer, distributor or supplier of products offered by independent sellers on the marketplace.
Seller Responsibility
All products offered by independent sellers on Lux Carbon remain the responsibility of the applicable seller.
The seller is responsible for:
- Product availability.
- Product descriptions and specifications.
- Product images and listing information.
- Pricing and quotations.
- Product authenticity and condition.
- Vehicle compatibility and fitment.
- Order acceptance and fulfilment.
- Payment arrangements.
- Shipping and delivery.
- Returns and refunds.
- Warranty obligations.
- After-sales support.
- Compliance with applicable product and consumer protection requirements.
Transactions Between Buyers and Sellers
Any purchase agreement or other commercial transaction concerning a product offered by an independent seller is entered into between the buyer and that seller.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Lux Carbon is not a party to the sales contract between a buyer and an independent seller.
The seller remains responsible for completing the transaction and fulfilling all obligations arising from the sale.
Questions concerning product availability, price, payment, delivery, returns, warranties or order fulfilment should be addressed to the applicable seller.
Product Information
Product descriptions, images, specifications, prices, stock information, compatibility information and other listing content may be provided directly by independent sellers.
Sellers are responsible for ensuring that their listings are accurate, lawful and reasonably up to date.
Lux Carbon may review, modify, suspend or remove marketplace listings where appropriate, but does not guarantee that all seller-provided information is complete, accurate or continuously current.
Payments
Where payment is arranged directly between a buyer and an independent seller, Lux Carbon does not receive, hold or control those funds unless explicitly stated otherwise.
The applicable seller is responsible for providing payment instructions, confirming payment and fulfilling the corresponding order.
Payment disputes relating to a seller transaction should normally be addressed directly with the seller or the relevant payment provider.
Shipping and Delivery
Independent sellers are responsible for arranging shipping, providing delivery information and fulfilling their orders.
Shipping costs, delivery times, carriers, customs duties, import taxes and delivery conditions may vary depending on the seller, product and destination country.
Lux Carbon does not guarantee delivery dates or carrier performance where shipping is arranged by an independent seller.
Returns, Refunds and Warranties
Returns, refunds, cancellations and warranty claims relating to products sold by independent sellers are the responsibility of the applicable seller, subject to applicable consumer protection law.
Lux Carbon may assist with communication between buyers and sellers, but does not automatically assume the seller's financial, contractual or warranty obligations.
Independent Sellers
Sellers operating on Lux Carbon are independent businesses or individuals and are not employees, agents or representatives of Lux Carbon unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Sellers remain independently responsible for their commercial activity, product compliance, taxation, customer service, fulfilment and legal obligations.
Marketplace Role
Lux Carbon provides technology and marketplace services that allow buyers to discover products and communicate with independent sellers.
Lux Carbon does not independently inspect every product, verify every seller statement or guarantee the outcome of every transaction.
Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes or limits any responsibility that Lux Carbon cannot lawfully exclude or limit under applicable law.
Buyer Responsibility
Buyers should review product information carefully and confirm any important details with the seller before completing a transaction.
This may include confirming compatibility, fitment, condition, availability, shipping costs, customs requirements and warranty terms.
