Race Bellypan (1 piece) use only with Racing Exhaust - BMW S 1000 RR Racing

The one-piece racing bellypan for the BMW S 1000 RR is closed at the bottom and can only be used with Racing complete exhaust systems without front exhaust silencer without modifying the bellypan. The bellypan is designed to allow the original side stand to be reused, matches racing trim perfectly but can also be combined with series side panels. In this case, however, the front plastic insert (air intake on oil cooler and radiator) must be cut at the height of the break between the side panels and bellypan, as the air intake to the oil cooler on the Racing carbon bellypan is permanently attached.

This part is a direct replacement for the original component and contributes mainly to weight saving on the motorcycle (up to 70% less) and a higher stiffness of the parts. Like all of our carbon fibre parts, it was made according to the latest protocols and industry standards and can be considered to encompass all aspects of current 'best of industry' practice. The part is made completely out of pre-preg carbon fibre materials using an autoclave. As with all our carbon parts, we use a clear plastic coating that not only improves the appearance, but also protects the carbon fibre from scratching and has a unique UV resistance.

This Racing Bellypan is closed on the bottom, it is only possible to mount it together with a full racing exhaust. The original side stand can be used together with this bellypan.
