The carbon frame cover is attached directly to the frame. It covers the frame and attracts attention. The frame cover is not only convincing visually. Thanks to the high surface quality of Ilmberger Carbon, the frame cover can withstand intensive use over a long period of time. This means that there are no unpleasant work marks on the rough cast surface of the frame either after countless long tours or during daily use of the motorcycle. In order to perfect the high-quality impression, the frame cover not only runs along the vertical frame strut, where the leg rubs, but also extends far upwards, where it disappears under the tight side cover. It is therefore difficult to see from the outside where the frame cover begins and where it ends.
Installed in just a few minutes, the value of the motorcycle is increased enormously. In order to obtain a harmonious overall picture, the fiber layers are inserted and aligned in the mold by experts. The carbon part fits perfectly into the surrounding shapes of the motorcycle. In order to optimally protect this high-quality material from all kinds of environmental influences, we are the only carbon manufacturer worldwide to use a specially developed plastic coating on all surfaces. In combination with our clear varnish. This ensures a previously unattainable and unique depth effect, which allows the high quality of the material to come into its own.
So that not only driving but also screwing is a pleasure, we only use the original fastening points for this part.
