Not so impressive though is the plastic airbox lid they chose to employ. Carbonio’s all carbon fiber airbox is modelled after the factory piece and greatly enhances the aesthetics of the engine bay. In addition, its autoclaved carbon construction resists high engine bay temperatures thereby maintaining a cool inlet charge for maximum power.
