Type-GT dry carbon fiber hood for 2020-2024 Chevrolet C8 Stingray / Z06

  • Endurance racing inspired vents, open to non trunk area under hood
  • Dry carbon fiber - matte finish
  • Autoclave process with 3K, 2x2 twill carbon fiber cloth, matte finish
  • Our DRY carbon does not have UV protection, it is recommended to have it coated with an automotive grade clear coat with UV inhibitors if you do not plan to paint or wrap the part
  • Mounts with OE hardware
  • Hoods are hand crafted and weigh approximately 9 lbs. (O.E. hood weighs 15.7 lbs.)
  • All hoods require hood pins for safety reasons.
  • Anderson Composites does not suggest installing aftermarket gas shocks/dampers/struts
  • The use of a hood prop rod is highly recommended
